Early in my Naturopathic career I held free community talks. It helped share naturopathic medicine, acquire patients, and get exposure in the community.
During these talks, a unique energy built up. I went off script, shared my personality, and made jokes. In turn, strangers opened up — sharing their struggles and solutions with each other. The room was buzzing by the end!
I realized that this "feeling" in the room was healing, and I started exploring how groups worked.
Group healing can shift consciousness, transform beliefs, and change how we see ourselves and the world — often faster than one-on-one healing.
How? We're social beings. As children, we learn by observing our tribe and feeling others' emotions. Therefore it makes sense that a group can support change in our bodies, minds, and hearts. Imagine 15 people holding space for you to be the best version of yourself.
Change is effortless and easy. This is the power of healing in a group.
